Cotton Candy Dye Free Shaved Ice Concentrate

Yield:

• 128oz Jug of Concentrate: Makes 32 gallons of snow cone syrup.
• 4oz Sample Bottle of Concentrate: Makes 1 gallon of snow cone syrup.

Mixing Instructions (for 1 Gallon of Syrup):

1. Combine 1/2 gallon (64 fl oz) of water and 5 lbs of sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Add 4 oz of flavor concentrate and mix well.
3. If necessary, top off with additional water to reach a final volume of 128 fl oz (1 gallon).

To Increase Shelf Life (Up to 6 Months at Room Temperature):

• Separately add and mix in 1 oz of sodium benzoate and 1/4 oz of citric acid after the syrup is fully mixed.
